By accessing or using MyWyssh, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

MyWyssh lets hosts create event wishlists, share public links, and allow guests to reserve gifts. The service is provided "as is" for personal use without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you add (event details, gift names, links, and related data). You grant us permission to store and display that content to operate the service. Do not post illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

5. Affiliate links

Product links on wishlists may be replaced with affiliate or partner links. Purchases made through those links may generate commissions for MyWyssh at no extra cost to you or your guests. We do not sell the products ourselves and are not responsible for third-party storefronts, pricing, or delivery.

6. Disclaimer

MyWyssh is not responsible for gift reservations that are not honored, disputes between hosts and guests, or products purchased from external websites. Use the platform at your own discretion.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Significant changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
